Add your choice of connectors in parallel to give input and output so you can monitor a signal in situ.
Can also be used as a format changer. XL3 input with 6.5 mm phono output and so on.

My units have:
XL3 male and female
Two 6.5mm phono jacks
and a single Bantam connector.
