<DD><P>Celestial Enterprises has opted to restrict the amount of time you are able to access the Internet on a daily basis. This restriction scheme enables Celestial Enterprises to offer you with a fixed single low cost yearly account fee with no more to pay. Whether it be for personal or business use.</P>
<P>Where as the majority of other ISPs, offer unlimited access, but at a price. They charge you on a per minute basis, and sometimes in additional monthly fees. Plus on a number of ISPs, they also impose a charge on how much information (data) flows through to your home PC on a per MByte basis.</P>
<P>Now, you have to agree that the fees other ISPs offer can add up, and quiet easily leave you out of pocket, and just for a casual surf around the Net.</P>

<A NAME="WhatDoINeed"><FONT SIZE=7>W</FONT><FONT SIZE=4>hat do I need to be able to use my Internet Account?</FONT></A>
<BR><BR>There are basically two ways you can interface to the Internet via your dial-in account at Celestial Enterprises.

<LI> Unix Account Shell.
<LI> SLIP/PPP Account.
</UL>
With the <I>Unix Account Shell</I> you will require the following;
<OL>
<LI> A Communications Software Package (Usually the same type of terminal software packages used to access BBS's (Bulletin Board Systems).
<BR>Such as Telix, Procomm, Terminal, and most other communications packages which support at least one of the following terminal emulations; VT100, VT102, VT200, ANSI.
<LI> A Modem.
<BR>Which is capable of supporting at least 9600bps. Slower modem speeds will work, if you don't mind the wait.
</OL>
With the <I>SLIP/PPP Account</I> you will require the following;
<OL>
<LI> Graphical User Interface (GUI) Operating System (O/S).
<BR>Such as those provided by OS/2 Warp, Windows, Mac, etc.
<LI> TCP/IP Communications Software Package to suite your GUI Operating System.
<BR>Such as Trumpet Winsock for MS-Windows, IAK for OS/2 Warp, InterSLIP or MacPPP for Macintosh, etc.
<LI> A Modem.
<BR>Which is capable of supporting at least 14400bps. Slower modem speeds will work, if you don't mind the wait.
<LI> Internet Aware Software Packages.
<BR>Such as those required to perform E-Mail, Web Browsing, Ftp, Telnet, etc.

<P>Much of the above software may already be provided within the later versions of your GUI Operating Systems. Such as OS/2 Warp Connect, Windows '95, etc. If not, Celestial Enterprises will help you locate the necessary software to get you up and Internetting.</P>
